Matt Sobutka

Matt Sobutka is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Aquatech International since August 2017, Matt manages HR functions for over 200 employees, including strategic planning and benefits administration. Previously, Matt held HR roles at The MENTOR Network and Williams Lea Tag, overseeing HR operations for multiple offices and a global delivery center. Additional experience includes HR management and sales roles at Maxim Healthcare Services and Macy's, where Matt demonstrated leadership in both human resources and sales performance. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Marist College and a Bachelor of Science in Communications & Graphic Design from West Liberty University.
