Jiho L.

Jiho L. has worked at a variety of companies, beginning with Fisherman in 2019. At Fisherman, Jiho was a Software Engineer, designing and implementing a pipeline to help over 200,000 restaurant owners. In 2020, Jiho moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Software Development Engineer, where they engineered an AWS Lambda service using Python. In 2021, Jiho worked at both Facebook and Databricks, as a Software Engineer. At Facebook, Jiho optimized deep learning workflows, resulting in a 40% decrease in model training time. At Databricks, Jiho designed and released notebook-scoped libraries for Databricks R clusters. Currently, Jiho is working at both Aquatic Capital Management and Room40, as a Research Engineer and Software Engineer, respectively.
