Thad Reisen

Thad Reisen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thad is currently the Head of 3rd Party Studios at Kontrol since 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Aquatik Esport starting in 2020. At Aquatik Esport, they also served as the Content Creation & Production Lead, overseeing all content creation and production, including working with community content creators and video editors.

Before their roles in the gaming industry, Thad worked at Horizon Business Services, Inc. starting in 2017. Thad started as a Sales Consultant and later transitioned to roles such as Business Development Specialist and Customer Success Manager. In their customer success role, they managed over 50,000 clients, assisting them with onboarding, training, and retention. Thad also helped establish teams for new brands within the company.

Thad also has experience in retail, having worked at Guitar Center starting in 2013. Thad held various positions including Sales Associate, Lead Customer Sales Associate, Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, and Lead Operation Associate. In these roles, they provided customer service, supervised staff, managed product inventory, conducted sales audits, and trained employees on safety and security procedures. Thad also focused on sales guidance, customer interaction, and building customer relationships.

Thad Reisen attended Edison State Community College from 2009 to 2010, studying music. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they obtained an OCPA Certification in Electronic Technology from Lee County High Tech Center Central.
