Ronald Moreau has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Ronald started their career as a Help Desk Engineer at NWN Corporation in June 2018, where they provided Level 1 Help Desk Support to multiple clients. Ronald'sresponsibilities included basic account unlock and password resets, break/fixing applications within Windows, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems. Ronald also gained knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Exchange Admin Center, and Active Directory.

In 2019, Ronald joined Aqueduct Technologies, Inc. as a Help Desk Engineer. Ronald continued to provide Level 1 Help Desk Support to multiple clients and expanded their skills in remote log-in systems like LogMeIn and Bomgar. Ronald also gained experience in basic VPN troubleshooting, 2 Factor authentication systems, and macOS and iOS systems.

In April 2021, Ronald was promoted to the role of Senior Help Desk Engineer at Aqueduct Technologies, Inc. Here, they became an escalation point internally for their team and provided Level 2 Help Desk Support to multiple clients. Ronald also took on additional responsibilities such as building and managing Mimecast Awareness training internally, managing Mimecast environments for clients, and developing an end-user focused Information Security offering.

Ronald Moreau obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Teacher Education and Professional Development, Specific Subject Areas from Nashua Community College from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology with a Concentration in CyberSecurity from Southern New Hampshire University between 2017 and 2021. In addition to their formal education, Ronald has also earned various certifications. Ronald obtained the Awareness Training MIME certification from Mimecast in October 2021, the Meraki CMNA certification from Cisco Meraki in October 2020, and the LogicMonitor Certified Associate certification from LogicMonitor, Inc. in July 2022.
