With previous experience as a Team Lead at Aquent in Sydney, Lee managed consultants recruiting for creative and design, development, digital marketing, and product roles. Lee also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at EMPLOY, focusing on banking, finance, insurance, sales & marketing, IT, education, and not-for-profit sectors. With a BA (Hons) in Sports Journalism from Solent University and A-Levels/BTEC Diploma in Sports Performance & Excellence, Lee brings a unique skillset to the recruitment industry.
