Lee Shorter has a diverse background in recruitment and management roles, working in various companies across different industries. Currently, Lee is the Practice Manager at Aquent Australia, overseeing design and technology recruitment teams nationwide. With previous experience as a Team Lead at Aquent in Sydney, Lee managed consultants recruiting for creative and design, development, digital marketing, and product roles. Lee also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at EMPLOY, focusing on banking, finance, insurance, sales & marketing, IT, education, and not-for-profit sectors. With a BA (Hons) in Sports Journalism from Solent University and A-Levels/BTEC Diploma in Sports Performance & Excellence, Lee brings a unique skillset to the recruitment industry.
