Hannah Washington

Hannah Washington, PhD, is an experienced analytical linguist currently contracted at Microsoft through Aquent, where responsibilities include supporting the development of tools for language model product evaluation at the Microsoft Research Sociotechnical Alignment Center. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Computational Linguist at Verbio, co-leading a distributed team on multilingual transcription solutions and improving speech recognition models, and managing an international team of linguists at Appen as Manager of AI Specialists, providing data annotation services.
