Kelly Barefoot

Kelly Barefoot is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Leadership Development at Aquent since January 2012, Kelly has also held roles such as Training and Development Strategist and worked as an Independent Contractor prior to that. With a diverse background including positions at Randstad, where roles ranged from Concept Support Manager to Sr. National Learning Manager, Kelly brings valuable insights and expertise to foster learning and development. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
