Marcela Rascón is an experienced asset manager specializing in wind energy at Aquila Capital since October 2022. Prior to this role, Marcela worked at Nordex Group in various capacities, including project management and global sourcing support, where responsibilities encompassed procurement processes, supplier research, and contract negotiation. Marcela's experience also includes internships focused on supply chain consulting and content management at Ernst Heinrich GmbH & Co. KG, Statista, and LaGeo, where procurement, budget planning, and performance reporting were key tasks. Academically, Marcela holds a Master's degree in International Business and Sustainability from the University of Hamburg, a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Hochschule Furtwangen, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios.
