Dr Nara Ringrose has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. They are currently serving as the Head of People and Organisational Development at Cyclife Aquila Nuclear. Prior to this, Dr Ringrose held the position of Director of Human Resources at Porton Biopharma Ltd for four years. They also worked as a Global Manager of HR & People Excellence at Petrofac and as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Saipem UK. Dr Ringrose has further experience as a Regional HR Manager at Rio Tinto and as a Visiting Lecturer/Principal HR Consultant in Leadership Development at London South Bank University. They have also worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in various education and retail roles and as a Regional Manager of HR & Finance at British American Tobacco. With their diverse background, Dr Nara Ringrose brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to their current role.

Dr Nara Ringrose FCIPD FCMI, a member of Forbes HR Council, has a diverse education history. Dr Nara holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree, an MSc degree, and a BA(Hons) degree. Additionally, they have obtained the CMgr FCMI, FCIPD, and CHRE qualifications. The field of study for these degrees is unspecified. Dr Nara has also completed a program in Operational Leadership at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
