Ross Paine

Ross Paine has over 16 years of experience in various leadership roles in the health, safety, and environment field. Ross currently works as the Head of QHSE and Facilities at Aquila Nuclear Engineering Ltd. Prior to this, Ross held roles at Colt Technology Services as the Group Head of Health Safety and Environment, where they served in multiple positions from 2012 to 2020. Ross also worked at British Gas Business as the Head of HSE from 2010 to 2012. Ross began their career at DALKIA PLC and Dalkia Energy and Technical Services Ltd, where they held positions as Head of HSQE and Head of HSEQ, respectively. Ross'sextensive experience demonstrates their expertise in managing and implementing safety and environmental practices in various industries.

Ross Paine holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in June 2021.
