Bhavya Bhatia

Bhavya Bhatia has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. In 2010, Bhavya worked as an Industrial Trainee at SoftElixir InfoTech, where they contributed to a Customer Relationship Management project by collecting requirements and designing and coding web pages using C#.net and SQL server. From 2014 to 2015, Bhavya served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, where they performed business analysis tasks, created SSRS reports, and developed data visualizations using Tableau. In 2015, Bhavya had a summer internship at Baylor College of Medicine. They then interned at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) from January to June 2014. From 2016 to 2020, Bhavya worked as an IT Business Analyst at Nelnet, where they facilitated requirements gathering, collaborated with stakeholders and delivery teams, and implemented cloud solutions. They then joined Rocket Companies in 2020 as a Product Owner. From August to December 2022, Bhavya worked as a Product Manager at Knowledge First Financial. Their most recent position is as a Product Line Manager at Aquila, starting in January 2023.

Bhavya Bhatia has a diverse education history. In 2008 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Following that, from 2011 to 2014, Bhavya pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology. Bhavya further expanded their academic qualifications by completing a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 2014 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Bhavya has also obtained several certifications. Notably, in 2022, they achieved a Product-led Certification from Pendo.io, a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera, and completed a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging course through the Project Management Institute. Two years earlier, in 2020, Bhavya became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Bhavya also earned a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in the same year. It is worth mentioning that Bhavya has expressed an interest in pursuing the Data Science and Big Data Analytics course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as indicated by their enrollment in the program, although the completion date is not available.
