Jeffrey Rath

Jeffrey Rath currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office at Aquitas Solutions, a position held since January 2022, and previously worked at Colorado Springs Utilities from January 2003 to December 2021 in various roles including IT Project Manager and Project Manager II. In these roles, Jeffrey Rath provided leadership for project management teams and implemented significant technology projects such as Oracle MDM, while also managing multi-channel payment solutions and outsourcing payment processing. As a Senior Conservation Specialist, Jeffrey Rath led a program that garnered the 2009 ENERGY STAR Leadership in Housing Award and the 2008 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year award, along with managing a successful retail-based lighting program. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English and Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's degree in Communication, with honors, from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
