Cynthia Cataudella is the Head of Talent Acquisition at AQuity Solutions. Cynthia has extensive experience in HR and talent management roles in various companies, including Long Island Anesthesia Physicians and North American Partners in Anesthesia. Cynthia has a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Brooklyn College.
