☮︎ Maxim Makarenko

Maxim Makarenko has worked for two companies, Aquiva Labs and ABBYY LS, since 2009. At Aquiva Labs, Maxim has held three roles: Salesforce Consultant/Solution Architect, Salesforce Business Analyst, and QA Automation Engineer. As a Salesforce Consultant/Solution Architect, Maxim led several Salesforce projects, including three managed package applications, redevelopment of a managed package application, ongoing maintenance and middle-scale new development, and reverse-engineering of haphazard development efforts. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, Maxim led several projects and worked with stakeholders to understand the strategic vision for the product, align on the roadmap and delivery schedule, manage expectations and incidents, and demo the results. As a QA Automation Engineer, Maxim analyzed business requirements on user stories for testability, developed user stories and test cases, and estimated and executed test plans and suites.

At ABBYY LS, Maxim has held three roles: Test Engineer, ERP Support Engineer, and Project Manager of Multilingual Localization Group. As a Test Engineer, Maxim developed autotests in Java with Selenium WebDriver for the ERP system's web client, performed manual testing, developed test cases and test suites, and analyzed and reported bugs. As an ERP Support Engineer, Maxim performed manual testing of the system's desktop and web clients, processed business-customers' requests to change or add features to the ERP system, and updated system templates and interfaces. As a Project Manager of Multilingual Localization Group, Maxim managed multilingual software localization projects, processed miscellaneous incoming files for proper localization, and organized the project team and supervised freelancers.
