Omar Isaac Hernandez Jimenez

Omar Isaac Hernandez Jimenez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile transformation and management. Currently serving as an Agile Transformation Manager at AQUOR since June 2023, Omar is dedicated to integrating an agile mindset and SCRUM Framework within new teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Previously, as Head of Agile Transformation, responsibilities included implementing agility across various business units. Experience in benefits and compensation at Empresa Mexicana de Manufacturas S.A. involved managing employee benefits and conducting salary analysis. Earlier roles include optimizing quality management processes at BSH Electrodomésticos España, developing the NORIS system at Nemak, and serving as a sales engineer at GE Lighting. Omar holds a Master’s degree in Process-based Management with Integrated Information Systems ERP from Universidad Pública de Navarra and an Engineer’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecmilenio.
