Rones Medard

Rones Medard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rones started their career in 2015 as a Freelance Translator for USAID and later transitioned into the role of Professor at MENFP | Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle. In 2018, they joined Link Hospitality Corp as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Operations Manager, where they worked until 2021. In the same year, they briefly worked at Workrise in a Project/Recruiting role. In 2021, Rones Medard assumed the position of Vice President of Recruiting Operations at Synergy Staffing USA. In August 2021, they founded their own company, AR Hospitality, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Rones Medard has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Enaco. Rones also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Université d'Etat d'Haïti and a Bachelor's degree in Living Languages and Literature from Ecole normale supérieure. Additionally, Rones has completed a Mastère Européen Management des Resources Humaines in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Enaco.
