Karen Flores

Karen Flores has extensive experience in human resources and training coordination, currently serving as the Coordinador de selección de personal at AR Salud Integral since June 2021. Previously, Karen held the position of Jefe de Recursos Humanos at TPrestamos from July 2016 to January 2020, focusing on recruitment processes and employee training programs. Karen's earlier roles include Coordinadora de Capacitación at SAGUI INTERNACIONAL and SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company, where responsibilities involved performance evaluations and the development of annual training plans.
