Ernie Antin, the current Chief Executive Officer at A&R Solar, has extensive experience in leading multi-discipline teams to consistently deliver complex aerospace sheetmetal solutions. With a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and a Leadership Master's of Business Administration, Ernie has held various leadership roles in companies like Parker Aerospace, Exotic Metals Forming Co LLC, and Physio-Control (now part of Stryker). As a Director of Manufacturing and Sr. Value Stream Manager, Ernie directed multiple value streams to achieve production quality, output, and cost efficiency targets. In their role as Engineering Manager, Ernie program managed and led multi-functional technical teams for product development and process improvement.
