Emanuel Mostoles

Emanuel Mostoles is an experienced professional in the field of planning and civil engineering. Currently, Emanuel Mostoles holds the position of Planning Manager at Arab Academy and has been serving as a Senior Planning Engineer at Commodore Qatar Contracting Co. LLC since May 2014, as well as at CQCC Qatar since April 2014. Emanuel Mostoles earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, completing the degree between 1983 and 1988.
