Habiba El-Sayyad has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Habiba began their professional journey as an Intern at Vodafone in 2011 and later interned at 911 Advertising Agency in 2012. In 2013, they completed an internship at NSGB. Habiba then worked as a Graduate at Nile University from 2010 to 2014, where they gained experience as a Marketing Assistant in the Office of University Advancement. Habiba joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2015 as a Learning and Development Coordinator and later became the Learning and Development Assistant Manager. In 2018, Habiba worked part-time as an English Instructor at INJAZ Egypt. Habiba then joined EGbank in 2017 as a Recruiter and later became an Employee Relationship - Senior Banker. Habiba's most recent work experience has been at Arab African International Bank, where they have held roles such as Employee Relations Senior Officer, Employee Engagement Lead, and currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Habiba El-Sayyad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General and Entrepreneurship from Nile University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Dar El-Tarbiah IGCSE School from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Habiba has obtained certifications in "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn, and "Competency Based Interview" from Job Master in 2021 and 2023 respectively.
