Kamal Medhat Elgendy

Kamal Medhat ElGendy holds an MBA and has extensive experience in operational risk management, currently serving as the Head of the Operational Risk Management Department at Arab African International Bank since May 2010. Kamal's roles include leading teams focused on product, project, procedures, third-party assessments, and risk control self-assessment. Prior to this, Kamal held various positions at Arab African International Bank, including Senior Operational Risk Officer and Head of Mortgage Finance Credit. Kamal's previous experience includes roles in sales management and customer service at CIB Egypt, along with customer relations positions at Golden Pyramids Plaza and Raya Contact Center. Kamal earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University and completed secondary education in Mathematics at Narmar Language School.
