Mai Rabie has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Information Security - GRC Senior Officer at Arab African International Bank since March 2005. Previous roles at the bank include Information Security Controls Officer, Marketing Research Manager, Policies & Procedures Senior Officer, Deputy Manager of Quality Assurance, Head of Contact Center (Operations and Complaints), and Contact Center Supervisor.
