Bilal Tay

Bilal Tay is an experienced technology manager with a strong background in applications management and core banking systems. Currently serving as the Manager and Head of Applications Management Department at Arab Bank since March 2017, Bilal leads teams and projects utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies while overseeing a range of financial and information systems. Prior experience includes serving as Section Head of IT Projects Implementations at CSCBANK, where Bilal supervised core banking applications and managed development activities. Bilal also held the role of Core Banking System Senior Application Admin, focusing on business analysis and report automation. As a co-founder of Tlob Online, an interactive food ordering platform, and having worked as an Application Administrator at Al Mawarid Bank, Bilal possesses a diverse skill set in application development and system integration. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems with minors in Computer Science and Math from the Lebanese American University.
