Dima Shakhatreh

Dima Shakhatreh is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Arab Bank since April 2023, Dima previously held key positions at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Compensation and Benefits Manager for MENA. Responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes, developing talent acquisition strategies, and enhancing compensation programs. Dima also led recruitment efforts at Rubicon Group Holding and managed recruitment consulting teams at Bayt.com, where performance optimization and sales strategy development were primary focuses.
