Bader Alotaibi

Bader AlOtaibi serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arab National Bank since May 2003, with a career advancing through various HR positions at the bank. In addition to current responsibilities, Bader holds significant roles in several organizations, including Member of the Board Executive Committee and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at SHL Finance Company, as well as positions in the National Center for Non-Profit Sector, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in KSA, and Tanmiah. Bader also chairs the board of Al Arabi Heavy Equipment Lease Company and is involved with ANB Capital's Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Business from INSEEC, an Executive MBA from Al Yamamah University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King Abdulaziz University, a Postgraduate Degree in International Management from Washington State University, and completion of an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan.
