Ibrahim Elsharkawy

Ibrahim Elsharkawy is an experienced professional in Learning and Organizational Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Organizational Development at Arabian Oud since August 2021. Previously, Ibrahim held the position of Group Learning & Development Manager at Zohoor Alreef, where responsibilities included embedding a learning culture and designing L&D strategies. Ibrahim's earlier roles included Assistant L&D Manager and Regional Brand Trainer at Home Centre, along with various training-related positions at Raya Contact Center, Etisalat Misr, and Vodafone Egypt. Ibrahim's educational background includes a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Higher Technological Institute.
