Russell Abrams has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Russell began their career in 1991 at Goldman Sachs as an Asset Management Specialist. In 1993, they joined PARIBAS as a Derivatives Trader, where they traded equity derivatives on Mexico and Argentina using proprietary capital to provide customer hedging solutions. In 1995, they moved to Credit Suisse as Director, Equity Derivatives Head of Latam Trading. Russell then joined Merrill Lynch in 1997 as Co-head U.S. Equity Derivative and Convertible Arbitrage Trading. In 2001, they founded Titan Capital Group, one of the first pure volatility funds, and served as President and Senior Portfolio Manager. In 2007, they co-founded RussellCar Inversora, a company that brings vehicle ownership to the under-banked and promotes financial inclusion through its rent to own model. In 2017, they co-founded Aracar Group, an AI driven technology platform providing dealerships valuable services and utilizing the Aracar secured credit score for auto loan underwriting, originations, and servicing.
