Tanya Perry

Tanya Perry is a seasoned sustainability professional currently serving as the Head of Sustainability and Environment at Arafura Rare Earths Limited since July 2023. Previously, Tanya held the role of Sustainability Innovation Consultant at BHP, where the focus was on decarbonisation technologies and Scope 3 emissions in international steelmaking. Prior experience includes Principal Consultant for Sustainability and Business Improvement at Sandpit Innovation, Senior Sustainable Development Lead at Santos Ltd, and various positions at ConocoPhillips, including Project Integration Lead for the Darwin LNG Life Extension Project. Tanya's career began as an Environmental Consultant at RSK Group, with notable roles at Woodside Energy as both Offshore Drilling Environmental Adviser and In-country Environmental Adviser. Tanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with Honours from RMIT University.
