Shikha Saxena

Shikha Saxena is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent alignment, engagement, and development. Currently serving as Manager - HR Employee Business Partner at Aragen Life Sciences since June 2022, Shikha drives HR initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. Prior to this role, Shikha was an HR Business Partner at Hikal Ltd from December 2014 to June 2022, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and various HR processes. Shikha's career began as an HR Executive in different organizations, including Schneider Electric and Met Trade India, where responsibilities included recruitment and employee management. Shikha holds an MBA in Human Resources from NDIM and a B.Sc in Biochemistry from Bundelkhand University.
