Lindsey Jaroszek

Lindsey Jaroszek, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and training. Lindsey currently holds the position of Regional Human Resources Director at Aramark Destinations since February 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Aramark from 2016 to 2022, where they held various positions including Talent Acquisition Account Manager - Hospitality Management, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager - Training and Recruiting. During their time at Aramark, they developed and implemented the Yosemite Hospitality Training Academy and managed international recruitment for the Leisure line of business. Before their tenure at Aramark, Lindsey worked as a Human Resources Manager at Evolution Hospitality from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as a Human Resources Manager, Recruiting and Training Manager, Seasonal Employment Recruiter, and Human Resources Intern/Associate at Aramark from 2012 to 2015. Lindsey also has relevant prior experience as a Club Manager at Utah Country Dance, a Human Resources Assistant at Brigham Young University, a Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill, and a Dance Instructor at Michaela's Dance Magic.
