Lars Hermansen

Lars Hermansen is an accomplished operations director with extensive experience in the offshore catering and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Global Offshore at Aramark since July 2018, Lars holds responsibility for profitability and loss in Denmark and Holland while managing strategic initiatives and ISO certifications. Previous roles include Operations Manager for Aramark Northern Europe and Development Operations Manager for Aramark in the North Sea, among others. Lars has also held leadership positions across various organizations, such as being a board member for HORESTA and the Employers Offshore Catering Association. Educational credentials include a Leadership Acceleration Program from IMD and a mini MBA from Probana Business School, supplemented by a BA in Commerce and a background as a trained chef.
