Kimberly Erskine

Kimberly Erskine, PhD, currently serves as the Compliance Program Manager at Aramark, where responsibilities include developing policies and training modules to enhance compliance education and awareness. With extensive experience in compliance and social media strategies, Kimberly has held leadership positions, such as Sr. Director of Compliance Transformation & Engagement at Jefferson Health, where initiatives included launching a "Speak Up" campaign and engaging over 60,000 employees with a new digital Code of Conduct. In addition to managing social media strategies at various organizations, Kimberly is the owner of the blog "Confessions of a Deaf Deaf Girl," documenting a personal cochlear implant journey. Kimberly's academic credentials include a PhD in Communication from Liberty University and a Master’s in Writing from Rowan University.
