Cyndi Barker

Cyndi Barker is an accomplished professional in the field of compliance management with extensive experience at M&T Bank since March 2007, where roles have included SVP, CRCM, and Senior Compliance Manager overseeing the Enterprise Compliance Program and State Law Compliance Program, among others. Responsibilities have spanned service provider oversight, regulatory compliance for multiple regulations, managing client due diligence, and enhancing compliance governance for vendor management. Prior to M&T Bank, Cyndi Barker served as First Vice President and HMDA Compliance Officer at Washington Mutual from February 2000 to January 2007.
