Executive Chef

Matthew Pike is an accomplished chef and the owner of GNARLYQ Catering, bringing unique flavors to events with a 30' mobile smoker since 2012. Currently, Matthew serves as the Executive Chef of Research & Development for Fresh & Lean, preparing around 250,000 healthy meals weekly at a gluten-free, organic facility in Anaheim, California. Previously, Matthew held key positions, including Executive Chef at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company and at the DeBordieu Club in South Carolina, as well as Corporate Regional Chef for My Fit Foods. Matthew continues to seek new culinary adventures while enhancing their skills and knowledge in the culinary arts.
