Eric Oliphant

Eric Oliphant is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive chef and management roles across multiple restaurants. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Mitchell's Fish Market since May 2023, Eric previously held the position of General Manager/Chef at Torti Taco Bar & Grill from January 2021 to March 2023. Prior to this, Eric was Chef and General Manager at Malia Island Fusion Cuisine and Executive Chef at Spoondrift Island Bowls, both from September 2018 to April 2020. Eric's career began at Malia Mediterranean Bistro, where the roles spanned from Executive Chef to General Manager over an eight-year period. Earlier, Eric served in several capacities, including Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef at Schuler's Restaurant. Education includes a high school diploma from Homer High School.
