Paul Barrett

Paul Barrett serves as the Executive Head Chef at Aramark for KPMG Ireland since October 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held positions as Executive Head Chef and Head Chef at KSG from March 2022 to October 2025, and worked as a Culinary Development Chef at Compass Group UK & Ireland earlier in 2022. Previous roles feature Chef De Partie at The Shelbourne and Commis Chef positions at Ivans and Cavtat. Paul is a graduate of Grange Community College.
