Scott Simpson, CEC, has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Regional Culinary Director at Aramark since March 2014, along with roles as Senior Executive Chef and Executive Chef. In addition to his corporate role, Scott is an Adjunct Professor at Macomb Community College and actively coaches the college's competition team for the IKA Culinary Olympics. Previous experience includes work as a Specialty Sous Chef at MGM Grand Detroit from May 2010 to March 2014, where Scott contributed to various dining outlets including Wolfgang Puck Steak and Ignite Sushi Lounge. Scott also has a background in machining, having worked as a Machinist at Ronart Industries Inc. from August 2004 to February 2009, specializing in CNCs and 5-Axis Laser Programming. Scott holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Macomb Community College, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
