Hamad Aldossary

Hamad Aldossary is a finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and treasury operations. Currently serving in the Capital Markets & Financing Department at Group Treasury with Aramco since December 2023, Hamad is involved in the preparation and execution of 144A/RegS GMTN and Sukuk issuances, managing an outstanding debt portfolio, and assessing market risk. Previously, Hamad held the position of Fixed Income Development Team Leader at Saudi Tadawul Group, focusing on research and development of fixed income products. At the Capital Market Authority, Hamad worked as an Offering Officer, reviewing various financial offerings and developing regulations for primary and secondary market infrastructure. Experience also includes senior roles in treasury analysis at stc and financial analysis at Samba Financial Group. Hamad's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
