Jeremy Buday

Jeremy Buday is a skilled attorney with extensive experience in debt finance, asset management, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Aramco since March 2024, Jeremy has previously held significant positions at Dechert LLP as a Senior Associate, General Counsel at Monachil Capital Partners LP, and as an Associate at Paul Hastings and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. With a strong background in structuring complex financing transactions and negotiating legal agreements, Jeremy has advised asset managers and financial institutions on investment structures and compliance matters.
