Kathryn Wilton C.Psychol MCIPD SPHR is an accomplished Talent & Executive Development Advisor at Aramco, with a career spanning over two decades in talent management and leadership development. Kathryn founded and directed Elevate Talent, a global consulting firm focused on assessment and talent solutions, prior to joining Aramco. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Head of Talent Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Occupational Psychologist at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. With significant experience in human factors consultancy and international HR consulting in the Middle East and Africa, Kathryn has a strong background in bespoke product design and assessment delivery. Educational credentials include an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University and advanced studies at The Wharton School in Talent Management and People Analytics.
