Laura Mihai is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Aramco since February 2024, focusing on team development and operational excellence within a dynamic business environment. Previously, Laura held various senior HR roles at Tenaris from April 2016 to February 2024, including Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Regional Manager for Talent Attraction, Learning, and Development, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive talent management and workforce development strategies for over 400 professionals regionally. Prior experience at Emerson Process Management involved significant roles in learning and development coordination and HR analysis, contributing to strategic workforce planning and talent retention initiatives. Laura holds a CIPD Diploma in HR Management and advanced degrees in Human Resources Psychology and Sociology from Babes-Bolyai University.
