Najwa al Azaimi

Najwa Al Azaimi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Saudi Aramco, where roles have included Director of Downstream HR Business Partnering, Director of Learning Solutions & Services Department, and Director of Finance Talent Development. Najwa has led the development of over 22,000 professionals and over 4,000 leaders at Saudi Aramco, recently updating the development strategy to incorporate advanced technologies. Additionally, Najwa has held significant positions related to public affairs, corporate citizenship, and various management roles. Involvement in industry events includes serving as Chairperson for the Diversity & Inclusion Workshop at the International Petroleum Technology Conference and participating actively in the Women in Leadership Program as a mentor.
