Cyril GRAS is a seasoned professional in the field of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, currently serving at Aramis Group since March 2016 in multiple senior roles including Head of Customer Digital Experience, Group Head of CEO Office, and Head of Kaizen Office. Prior experience includes consulting as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at GeoLean, where Cyril GRAS implemented lean systems across various industries, notably in aerospace and service sectors. A graduate of CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs with an engineering degree, Cyril GRAS also holds certifications as a Lean Black Belt and has contributed to productivity improvement projects at PSA Peugeot Citroën and EDF, focusing on production efficiency, training, and project management.
