Lizbeth Mondragon

Lizbeth Mondragon, MBA, currently serves as the HR/Talent Acquisition Manager at Arash Law, a role held since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing talent acquisition for various legal sectors, overseeing employee benefits, and handling payroll for a team of 100 employees. Prior to this, Lizbeth worked as a Senior Legal Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager at The Lemon Pros, simultaneously leading recruitment initiatives. Earlier experiences include progressively responsible roles at TQC Team and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Lizbeth holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University-Long Beach.
