Juan Contreras Pavez

Juan Contreras Pavez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in territorial development and asset optimization, currently serving as Senior Manager of Territorial Development at ARAUCO since January 2014. This role involves identifying and implementing projects that enhance the value of real estate assets through the higher and best use concept. Previously, Juan held positions as Team Leader of Territorial Development and Head of Technical Department at ARAUCO, where responsibilities included exploring new development opportunities and managing technical services related to timberland acquisition and evaluation.
