Kaailau Bell

Kaailau Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1997, they started their career at Gap Inc. as a Stock Supervisor and Opening Manager, responsible for store preparation and supervising the stock team. Kaailau then worked at Pottery Barn as a Shipper/Receiver, where they managed the stock team, provided customer service, and handled inventory. In 2008, they joined YMCA Peninsula Family as a Youth Services Director, overseeing administrative tasks, developing program curriculum plans, and communicating with parents. From 2007 to 2016, they served as a Boys Varsity Assistant Basketball Coach at Sacred Heart Schools, promoting sportsmanship and acting as a positive role model for student athletes. At Mills-Peninsula Health Services, they worked as a Security Officer, responsible for protecting people, property, information, and reputations. Later, they joined Menlo School as a Boys Varsity Basketball Assistant Coach, participating in student engagement and assisting the Varsity Head Coach. From 2017, Kaailau worked at Versartis, Inc. as a Facilities Manager, ensuring the needs of coworkers were met by managing services like janitorial, security, and waste disposal. Currently, they are the Girls Varsity Basketball Head Coach & Program Director at Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton.

From 2012 to 2014, Kaailau Bell attended Post University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
