Desirae Bass has been working in the customer experience and risk & resilience fields since 2017. Desirae began their career as a General Markets Intern at Trend Micro in 2017, and then moved into the role of Business Development Representative in 2018. Desirae then held the roles of Channel Account Manager and MSP Manager before becoming an Associate Customer Experience Manager. In 2023, Desirae moved to Aravo Solutions - Integrated Risk & Resilience, where they currently serve as a Customer Success Manager.
Desirae Bass is currently attending Stephen F. Austin State University, where they are studying Business and Theatre.
