Adam Draper

Adam Draper is an experienced professional in asset management and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability and Director of Asset Management at Arax Properties since September 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held positions at Gaw Capital, where responsibilities included Director of Asset Management and Senior Asset Manager, and Hark Group as Senior Asset Manager, managing a portfolio of major shopping centers across the UK. Adam's expertise extends to international retail, having worked as Director in the retail team at JLL Hong Kong, advising retailers on expansion strategies, and as Associate Director with JLL's Pan European Retail Team. Early career experiences include a retail agency role at Churston Heard and a graduate position at Chase & Partners LLP. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography & Urban Regional Planning from the University of Birmingham, an MSC in Estate Management from London South Bank University, and participated in an Executive Education Program at the National University of Singapore.
