We purchase underperforming and nonperforming commercial loans from banks and other lending institutions. In addition, we provide structured credit solutions for companies and individuals unable to access traditional financing. The types of loans we purchase and originate include senior secured commercial and industrial (“C&I”), owner occupied and non-owner occupied commercial real estate, and asset backed loans.
