Rafie Grinvald

Rafie Grinvald is the current Vice President of Product at Arbe. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Xsight Systems from August 2020 to March 2022. There, they were responsible for strategy, product management & marketing, investors' messaging, business plan / models, pricing strategy, etc. Before that, they were at XJet Ltd. from May 2019 to August 2020 as the Vice President of Product Management & Marketing. There, they increased brand awareness and lead generation through marketing communications, formed and managed product lines road-map, releases & products launch, and developed and led automotive early sales adoption penetration program.

They are on a team with Shlomit Hacohen - CMO, Michal Doron - VP, HR, and Karine Pinto-Flomenboim - CFO. Rafie Grinvald reports to Kobi Marenko, CEO.
